Let me tell you about The Corner Tap. It's not actually on a corner. It is situated in the middle of the block on an East West street in Chicago and an alley runs to the West side of the building. So, there's your corner. There is an old coal shute on the alley and that is where the distributors drop their product. They slide the kegs down the shute and they bounce off three old tires. This is how they do it. It's an old building with a really steep staircase to the basement. They have been doing this for decades.
